HOW TO RELAX DURING FINALS

With Exams coming up
relaxation is the key to success.  Here are some ideas to
get you started …
· Turn on your favorite music and just sit or lay with your eyes closed.
· Our campus is right on the water!  Go sit by or take a walk along the water, or go to the beach and watch the sunset.
· Exercise is an effective way to  relieve stress, and it doesn't have to be long or intense.  Another way is to get a group of friends together and go play a game.
· Sleep is always a good way to relax either inside or find a hammock and set it up outside.

Study hard for your exams and don't wait until the last minute!
